The edge makes the difference
If the mirror does not sit in a frame, we finish the cut edges – machine-ground and polished, or bevelled.
Matt
The sharp cut edges are taken off and the edge stays matt – for edges that will be hidden later.
Polished
Machine-ground and polished: a smooth, shiny edge that can stay on show.
Bevelled
A wide, angled cut along the edge – striking and decorative, common in bathrooms.

Our illuminated bathroom mirror is the Colin T5 – in the Tetris Adlershof residential complex alone we installed 160 of them.

- Suitable for damp rooms
- LED in warm white or cool white, instant start without flicker
- Closed light bars, anodised in aluminium colour – or open with light emitted at the side
- Concealed fixing, adjustable by up to 5 mm; 30 mm from the wall for ventilation behind
- On request with mirror heating, concealed light switch, shelf or built-in socket
- Supplied ready to install with lamps – fitted by Glasteufel on request

Do you cut mirrors exactly to size?
Yes. We cut crystal mirrors exactly for your wall, including special sizes and shapes – from a bathroom mirror to a whole mirror wall.
Are cut-outs for sockets possible?
Yes, as a drilled hole or a corner cut-out exactly where you want it. That way you can plug the hairdryer and shaver in right at the mirror.
What edge does the mirror get?
If the mirror does not sit in a frame, we finish the edge: matt for edges that will be hidden later, polished for visible edges, or with a wide bevel.
Do you offer illuminated bathroom mirrors?
Yes, for example the Colin T5 model: 6 mm crystal mirror made in Germany, suitable for damp rooms, with LED lighting in warm white or cool white.

Yes, our team installs it. We supply the Colin T5 ready to install with lamps and fit it on request.
